An 8 week boot camp for guitar chords: theory, triads, inversions, 7th chords, extensions and alterations. Learn how all chords are constructed and where to play them on the guitar. When you're making music, it’s helpful to know which colors you’re adding to your palate before you even begin. This course will demonstrate the vast array of chord choices and how to make interesting and unique progressions!

I’m a professional guitarist who has toured with artists including Olivia Rodrigo, Halsey, Dua Lipa, Black Eyed Peas, JJ Lin and Nick Jonas. While a sideman by trade, I’m passionate about solo guitar and reimagining popular songs for the instrument alone. I have a Bachelors degree in Music Education and I've taught hundreds of students over the last decade with a wide range of age and ability. I'm a lover of all genres from pop to jazz and rock to R&B!

Learn all basic chord qualities: major, minor, augmented & diminished. Learn to play in multiple locations on the fretboard.

Who you are

You should have the ability to play basic open chord shapes and the ability to play some barre chords. Beginners are welcome but might find the class challenging. We will cover lots of music theory from the ground up, therefore you can begin the course with no knowledge at all!

Arianna‘s class is amazing and highly recommended if you want to further guitar playing exploration. Every class was extremely well thought out, always engaging, and had great cohesion of concepts throughout every class. It’s more reminiscent of a Music Conservatory Masterclass than your typical basic online class!

This is top quality teaching. I have a degree in guitar education and have had some great mentors over the years. Arianna is as good or better than all of them in her knowledge of harmony and theory as well as personality. I highly recommend anything she does at your level.
